Bring Your Module to Life with a Real-World Business Simulation

We license our business simulations to universities and business schools, supporting everything from undergraduate programmes to Executive MBA courses.

Our programmes provide experiential learning, equipping lecturers with engaging, hands-on tools that enhance teaching and student outcomes.

Bissim is a facilitated, team-based simulation where participants run a virtual company over several simulated years.

It gives students a safe environment to make strategic, financial, operational and sustainability decisions, then see the results, building both knowledge, and practical skills that employers value.

I loved this module, I never thought I would say that about accounting!

As a Marketeer by trade, I didn’t expect to enjoy a finance-heavy module, but the business simulation completely changed that. Our team ran a fictional robotics company, making strategic, financial, and operational decisions over multiple trading periods. We could see - instantly - the impact of our choices on profit, market share, and morale. It was competitive, realistic, and surprisingly addictive. Out of all the modules so far, the learnings have been applied most to my day-to-day role, from speaking the language of finance teams to introducing new measurement tools to my organisation. The simulation was a real highlight of the MBA programme.

This was one of the best things we've done so far on the course. Really different, enjoyable, and a great way of seeing how decisions affect the accounts.

I applied for a Finance placement with Porsche.  At the assessment centre I was informed that I needed to take an accounting test … as a result of the business simulation accounts/activities … I performed well…. I was delighted to be offered the role.
